Girls in ICT Day, celebrated on the 4th Thursday in April every year aims to create a global environment that empowers and encourages girls and young women to consider careers in the growing field of information and communication technologies (ICTs). But, in Bangladesh, we have been celebrating this on a wide scale from 2015 covering a whole month with events, programs, competitions, career sessions and many more. In the previous years, we got a measurable response from the participants, guests and speakers and media.

On the occasion of GIICT Day 2020, BdOSN plans to celebrate Girls in ICT Day 2020 : A variety of programs are celebrated with students, professionals, influencers, leading icons, different educational institutions, media and others to celebrate this day. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak this year, we prefer celebrating the occasion with online programs, discussions, sessions and other engagements.

Who Can Join

As these programs will be happening Online everyone can access. Solely we are focusing the students studying in computer science from Bangladesh and enthusiastic girls from computer science from different universities and colleges.
