Bangladesh Open Source Network (BdOSN) organized an online Networking Activity session titled 'Face the Recruiter' on July 31, 2022. It was assembled under the ESDG4Bd project of BdOSN.

The guest speaker of the session was the General Manager, HR & Administration of r-pac International Corporation, Ms. Aklima Yesmin.

It was a densely packed session focused on Skill-Set Development, HR expectations, How to Get Recruited, Interview-Facing Skills, Job Market Preparation, Job Market Future, etc., which will help the participants prepare themselves for the future job market.

It was an hour-long session, and the target audience for this session was undergraduate female students. A total number of 17 students participated in this session.
