The students of City University totaling 20 got this opportunity to visit one of the most renowned BPO Company, Genex Infosys Ltd situated at Nikunja, Dhaka.

ESDG project of Bangladesh Open Source Network (BdOSN) has recently organized a Job Exposure Visit on 22 October, 2019 as a part of job placement with 20 female students of different levels of CSE department of City University. On the other hand, Genex, part of the IPE Group UK, is the leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management and trusted by world’s leading brands where they achieve results through transforming their clients' businesses with delivering excellence in customer experience. Moreover, they are experts in people interactions which gives them the edge in delivering a superior customer experience in every contact.

The students of City University paid this visit to explore their opportunities in the job market where Genex could be one of the best options. They happily visited the corporate office of Genex for having a peer look in each of the sections of the company where the total working process are aligned with a systematic manner. They had an excellent and precise brief on the Job preparation issues for a better career ahead along with the scopes and opportunities in working with Genex by Mr. Minar Islam, Head of People and Culture of Genex who incorporated the whole visit and arrangements enthusiastically and with a great pleasure. Moreover, Mr. Mustafa Zaman, General Manager- L & D and PR of Genex also had some of his valuable time spent with the students by answering and meeting with the unquenchable queries of the students. Beside this, the whole team of Genex greeted and appreciated the students of City University for making this visit to their office.

In this connection, on behalf of all the students visiting Genex, a student named Israt Ara Nahida, a fresh graduate of City University expressed her heartiest joy and pleasure for having such opportunity of visiting such renowned company along with a brief of way forward.
