To bring out innovative ideas from the young minds of undergraduates and diploma students, Bangladesh Open Source Network organized a project competition event titled ‘Devmania 2022’ for the month of September. This event has been organized for the second time this year.  From the registered teams, we onboarded 12 teams. The final pitching round took place on 16 September 2022. 

To evaluate the ideas of the finalists, Md. Safaet Hossain, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, City University, Molla Rashied Hussein, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Assistant Professor, University of Asia Pacific, Mahbua Yesmin Turaba, Lecturer, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Central University of Science and Technology were present as judge. After considerable judgement we announced the winners.

2^nd Runner-up: A Team Has No Name

• Sumaiya Mahnoor, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology  

Total prize money for this project competition was 33,000 BDT. This event was organized under the ‘Enabling Sustainable Development Goals of Bangladesh for 2030 (ESDG4BD)’. A total number of 20 undergrad students appeared in the final pitching round.
