- Project Period: January 2023 – December 2024 (with possibility of extension)

- Accountable to: Project Manager
- Working Area: Project Areas (Workstation Dhaka & Project Area)
- Duty Station: BdOSN’s Dhaka Office
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Coordinate the event and activities specially robotics sessions at project schools aligning with the other team members.
- Provide necessary support to Project Manager to design, implement and evaluate project’s activities.
- Keep an accurate record and electronic data base of all quantitative and qualitative data and information of the projects.
- Coordinating with the regional coordinators for smooth implementation of project activities.
- Ensure all the logistic support to the project areas.
- Maintain close relationship with the authority of educational institutions, mentors, volunteers, students and other stakeholders to ensure their support to achieve the project goal.
- Develop event-based reports and quarterly reports with the assistance of the regional coordinators, and submit to Project Manager to prepare donor reports of the project.
- Visit project areas for close monitoring in monthly basis and whenever needed.
- Ensure documentation of program support related documents.
- Identify and address program support related capacity and gaps.
- Find the project success story for digital promotion and donor reporting.
- Submit accurate and timely information to management for decision making.
- Coordinate with Procurement Team to manage the office as well as event supplies.
- Ensure the safety of team members and other stakeholders from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the project's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members, stakeholders and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Any other work required by the authority.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in EEE/Robotics and Mechatronics engineering or related any disciplines with having intensive knowledge on robotics fundamentals.
Experience Requirements
Working experiences in robotics related activities.
Additional Requirements
- Age Limit: 25 – 35 years
- Sound knowledge on robotics.
- Experience in organizing programing camp, contest, events.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, resourcefulness and flexibility
- Experience in extensive field visit.
- Excellent communication and coordination skill.
- Proficiency in English and Bangla both verbal and written is necessary.
Job Location
Dhaka with extensive field visit at project area- Khulna, Bagerhat, Satkhira.
Salary & Other Benefits
Monthly consolidated salary BDT 20,000 with 1 Festival Bonus will be offered to the deserving candidate after probation period.
