A Grace Hopper Girls Programming Camp ended on 13th July 2021 after a three-day programming class where intotal 106 female students had participated.

From the very beginning of the pandemic, Bangladesh Open Source Network tried to serve the students virtually. According to that, to teach programming they organize online programming camps for girls frequently for both beginners and advanced learners. This became one of the regular monthly programs of Bangladesh Open Source Network. 

This month they have organised an online Grace Hopper Girls Programming Camp once again for beginners to give some courage to the young female students to start programming. It was a 6 hours long camp between 11th to 13th July, 2021.

The program was conducted to clear the primary level of the learning process related to programming. The aim of this camp was to make the beginners fear free about programming.The camp provided session long support for the participants where the participants can openly post or email their questions to the mentors. The session was conducted on Zoom online meeting platform. To make better preparation for the next day’s class, the recordings of each day’s class were provided to the participants.
