The WRO Bangladesh Activation Workshop was held at the DPI Auditorium of Dhaka Polytechnic Institute on 20th May 2025. The event aimed to raise awareness and enthusiasm for robotics among students and held priority to encourage the students to engage in robotics and get prepared for something big. 

The workshop featured sessions on this year’s WRO theme, preparation strategies, and an introduction to the newly formed Dhaka Polytechnic Institute Robotics Club (DPIRC). Participants had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and inspiration from experienced mentors and fellow robotics enthusiasts. It was a great chance to have practical knowledge about robotics and enrich students with further information and depth. 

The event concluded with a vibrant discussion session, marking a step toward expanding robotics education and innovation in technical institutions across the country. 

This workshop served as the kickoff to a nationwide initiative, with further sessions set to take place in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Cox’s Bazar, fueling enthusiasm for STEM education and advancing robotics innovation throughout technical institutions in Bangladesh.
