COVID-19 crisis creates the world wide career opportunities for the job hunters. It transform the workplace culture from offline to online which enables girls to explore national and international career opportunities without traveling which is the major concern to a Bangladeshi girl. Enabling Sustainable Development Goals of Bangladesh by 2030- BdOSN, a project of bringing girls in the ICT sector organized a career talk at Jahangirnagar University on 8th December 2021.
A total of 10 University students participated in this career session. This session was graced by Kaniz Fatema who has 16 years+ of working experience in diversified areas including manufacturing industries, development fields, media and telecom sector. She also worked in different fucntions of Grameenphone Limited for 11 years. She said, In this transformed job market technological knowledge is a must. Without the adnvance knowledge in basic tech skills, it is impossible to survive in such competitive work world.
Through the entire session, our resource person talked about the prospects and opportunities functioning behind the transformed job market. She share the maximum productive way how one can take preparation to beat the future job market.
