It also covered relationship issues, the inadequacy of support, and poor coping strategies. The session featured organized group discussions aimed at exploring personal strategies for maintaining mental health. Furthermore, practical coping strategies were introduced, emphasizing the importance of building strong support networks and utilizing various psychological techniques such as positive thinking, self-affirmation, relaxation, and actively seeking professional help. Participants were encouraged to seek initial support and to promote peer assistance. The conversation also highlighted community initiatives aimed at enhancing suicide prevention efforts. Additionally, participants received the Moner Bondhu hotline number, which provides immediate access to professional support.
