Bangladeshi students will be able to take part in an international programming contest titile 'PlugFest Dot Open'. The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) Computer Society Singapore, Google developer Group and the Infocom Development Authority Jointly arranged the competition at Singapore on January 11, 2013.
